全面促进工作 助力学生发展

                        ——学工处举办2017级班主任培训班

为了让班主任尽快熟悉班级情况，让学生尽快熟悉新学校、新环境，适应高校学习生活，稳定职业教育教学，全面促进学生管理工作，我院于2017年10月31日在学工处会议室对新生年级班主任举办了第七届班主任培训班。刘慧等12名新班主任参加了培训。

学生工作处副处长索南措、团委书记张正伟、资助中心主任李继云分别就任何做好日常班级管理、团委工作以及资助奖励等工作进行了针对性的培训。

张正伟书记从大学生思想政治工作的重要性着手，从如何培养班团干部、提升团支部工作活力、规范入团工作、推优入党等方面进行了介绍。李继云主任主要从奖学金、助学金、贷款、补助金、免除学费等方面进行了详细的说明，希望班主任们按照奖助学评定管理办法，认真做好奖助学评定工作，帮助更多品学兼优、家庭贫困的学生完成学业。索南措副处长主要从班主任日常管理工作出发，从班主任考核办法、班费收取及使用、学生操行量化、如何开好主题班会、如何当好班主任等方面进行了讲解。

培训班上各位班主任认真听讲并踊跃发言，各班主任还将班级基本信息以及班级存在的问题等进行了互动交流，学生处对个别存在的问题进行了及时解决和反馈并指导班主任在班级管理中用量化去管理和引导学生，以期提高班级管理水平。
